LARGEST CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN WESTERN CANADA

The development has four major components: a tower and podium, a galleria, an attrium and a 1400 car parkade. The attrium, roofed over by a space frame, provides the principle entrance to the university. A new galleria structure integrates the existing shopping centre into a vibrant public street leading to the tower. The 26-story curved office tower envelope consists of some 2600 preglazed unitized panels designed, manufactured and supplied by Aluminum Curtainwall Systems Inc.
